As a key figure in building LT Game into a major gaming supplier in Macau, Betty played a crucial role in its development. Prior to LT Game, she served as a Product Specialist at Johnson & Johnson Medical.

Kelcey Allison brings over 25 years of executive management experience to his new role at Aruze Gaming Global. He has held many executive positions throughout his career in the gaming industry including, Chief Executive Officer at Aruze Gaming America, Senior Vice President at Ainsworth Game Technology, Chief Executive Officer at GSL Gaming Group, Regional Vice President of Sales, at Progressive Gaming International, and most recently Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Play Synergy and Empire. Kelcey has previously been granted licenses in over 200 jurisdictions throughout the world.

Mark Hettinger brings over 25 years of executive management and legal expertise to his new role at Aruze Gaming Global. Prior to joining the company, he held the prominent position as General Manager of Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino.  He also served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Walker Digital Table Systems (WDTS).  Prior to WDTS Mr. Hettinger held senior management positions at the industry’s largest suppliers, including International Game Technology, WMS Gaming, and Scientific Games, where he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in key legal responsibilities, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Las Vegas, Nevada | August 1, 2023 – Empire Technological Group DBA, “Play Synergy”, a rapidly growing supplier in the gaming industry, is thrilled to announce the receipt of its manufacturer and distributor gaming licenses, granted by the Nevada Gaming Commission. This important milestone, along with all the other jurisdictional approvals establishes a foundation for continued success in bringing Play Synergy’s content to a highly regulated market.

Just one day earlier, Play Synergy’s proposal to purchase the Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) and online assets of Aruze Gaming America was approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court. This transaction is expected to close no later than September of 2023. Play Synergy also announced that the pending acquisition will provide Play Synergy with ownership of, or access to, all Aruze’s (EGM based) game library, lease and participation machines, business assets including intellectual property, and their related sales, service, and marketing operations.

The company further announced the pending acquisition of overseas operations for Aruze Gaming.

Aruze Gaming Europe to Provide Sales and Support for European, Middle Eastern and North African Markets
